See where a larger task stands.
Subtasks and checklists with a progress bar: progress is visible — 3 of 5 done, for example — along with who ticked off each item and when.
Team task management platform
MyPro Sync is a team task management platform that brings tasks, statuses, deadlines and dependencies into one place, so you can see how work is progressing and where it is getting stuck.
What blocks what
One task blocks three others. Until it is closed, the system marks all three as blocked.
The starting point
When several people work on the same projects, it becomes harder to see where work stands, what is falling behind, and where something is stuck.
Information gets spread across task lists, messages, spreadsheets and meetings. By the time a problem becomes visible, it may already be affecting the schedule.
MyPro Sync makes that work visible in one place.
MyPro Sync brings tasks, owners, statuses, deadlines and project scheduling together. Instead of only seeing what needs to be done, you can see what is in progress, what is due, and where work may be getting stuck.
One set of tasks
The same set of tasks in four views. Each one answers a question a team lead has to ask anyway.
The list view brings tasks, owners, statuses and deadlines together so the team can quickly see what needs attention.
Kanban organizes tasks around project-specific statuses, making it easier to see what is waiting, in progress or complete.
The Gantt view places tasks on a timeline and uses estimated effort to make project scheduling easier to understand and track.
Not every blockage starts where it becomes visible. The dependency graph shows which tasks can block other work, helping you understand where a problem may originate and what else it can affect.
Task dependencies
A task can be marked as blocking another one. The blocked task is then automatically flagged as “blocked”, and keeps that flag until the obstacle is cleared. Nobody has to ask around about why something never started.
A mission can stall even when everyone is working.
Team visibility
You shouldn’t have to ask for a status update on every task. When tasks, statuses, deadlines and blockers are visible in one place, it becomes easier to see where attention is actually needed.
Team members use a view focused on their own tasks — they are not lost among everyone else’s. The management overview, with filtering by owner and the work completed in a given period, requires management permissions.
Don’t measure workload by task count alone.
Two tasks don’t necessarily mean the same amount of work. Estimated effort gives teams a more useful view of workload and makes uneven distribution easier to spot.
Who is working on what right now?
From a single view you can narrow down which tasks sit with whom — without asking for a separate status report.
The goal isn’t to monitor every detail.
It’s to know when work isn’t moving as expected.
History
The system logs every status change: who moved the task, when, and to what. The dates also show how long a task sat in a given status — so where the work piled up is not a matter of debate afterwards.
Task-level comments and the project chat stay in the same place. There is always an answer to “what happened to this task”, and it does not have to be pieced together from email.
Status log
Onboarding form – new joiner
Created → Delegated
Delegated → In progress
In progress → Blocked
Blocked → In progress
In progress → Done
Nearly four days passed between the third and fourth entries: that is how long the task sat blocked. The log still shows it afterwards.
How it works
Capture the work.
Tasks, owners, deadlines and estimated effort in one place.
Make status and dependencies visible.
Use statuses, scheduling and task dependencies to show how work is connected.
See where work stands and where it is stuck.
Use different views to understand what is happening across the project.
Day-to-day work
Subtasks and checklists with a progress bar: progress is visible — 3 of 5 done, for example — along with who ticked off each item and when.
There is a main owner, and further owners can be added alongside. Everyone involved — main owner, additional owners, subscribers — receives the notifications.
Status log: every status change is logged, who moved the task, when, and to what. There is always an answer to “what happened to this task”.
Custom statuses per project: not every team has to fit into the same workflow.
Comments at task level, chat at project level. Decisions and discussion stay where the work is — they do not get lost in email.
Real-time push notifications: new tasks, status, deadline and owner changes, new comments, assignments, project messages — on mobile too. You get no needless pings about your own actions.
Daily reminder: a morning summary of tasks due today and within the next seven days.
Planning fields per task: importance (A/B/C), priority (1–5), estimated effort in hours, expected completion and deadline. The Gantt draws a bar automatically from the estimated hours.
Projects, members and roles (owner, member). It is configurable who can invite members, who can assign work and who can reassign a task.
Record data – subtasks
3 of 5 done
For every ticked item, who marked it done and when is kept.
Where it fits
It is built for small and medium-sized teams for whom a simple board is no longer enough, but a large project management suite is more than they will ever use. It does not do more than a board-based task tracker in every respect — it does more where the visibility of the work is at stake.

Availability
The module comes with a web interface and native iOS/Android apps. The same backend, the same data: what you change on your phone is there on the web, and the other way around.
Push notifications arrive on mobile too — about new tasks, status, deadline and owner changes, comments, assignments and project messages. And a daily reminder comes in the morning about tasks due today and within the next seven days.

Frequently asked questions
MyPro Sync is a team task management platform that brings tasks, owners, statuses, deadlines and the dependencies between tasks into one place. The same set of tasks is visible in four views: a list, a Kanban board, a Gantt timeline and a dependency graph. The system works in a company and team context, with roles and permissions.
Mainly visibility. A task list shows what needs to be done; MyPro Sync also shows what state the work is in, when it is due, and where it is stuck. To do that it handles dependencies between tasks, flags when a task is blocked by another, shows the blocking chain on a visual graph, and brings all of the team’s tasks into one management view.
A task can be marked as blocking another one. The blocked task is automatically flagged as “blocked” until the obstacle is cleared. Dependencies are also visible on the dependency graph in an automatic, layered layout, so it is easy to follow which task may be holding up what.
Yes. Every task has a main owner, and further owners can be added alongside. The main owner, the additional owners and the subscribers all receive the notifications belonging to the task.
Real-time push notifications about new tasks, status, deadline and owner changes, new comments, assignments and project messages — on mobile too. It also sends a daily reminder in the morning about tasks due today and within the next seven days. You get no notifications about your own actions, because the system excludes the user who triggered them.
The management overview requires management permissions: there the whole team’s tasks are visible, filtered by owner, along with the work completed in a given period in chronological order. Team members use a view focused on their own tasks.
Yes, statuses are configurable per project, so not every team has to fit into the same workflow. Projects have members and roles (owner, member), and it is configurable who can invite members, who can assign work and who can reassign a task.
There is no stopwatch-style time tracking. Estimated effort can be given per task in hours, and from that the system automatically draws a bar on the Gantt timeline. For planning, importance (A/B/C), priority (1–5), expected completion and a deadline can also be recorded.
Yes. The module comes with a web interface and native iOS/Android apps. The same backend and the same data sit behind them, so mobile and web are always in sync.
